At Lederhosen Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your traditional Bavarian attire; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments remain unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn lederhosen or dirndl into the original shipping box, ensuring all accessories and tags are included.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
